ive just started a milestone ipa . when i come to batch prime prior to bottling how much sugar should i use . ive done a few kits wherry etc where ive used 85g which have been perfect but ive never done an ipa.
i have checked the kit reviews but no information there.

I like my ipa quite lively so would go for 120-130g. I tend to stick anything between 80-160g depending on the style of beer, all in your preference really. :thumb:

Haha...with the 160g would you have bottle bombs on your hands? My usual is about 130g but I have been as high as 160 before and never had a problem. Only bottle bomb I had was from a bottle with a slight chip just at the top.
