Hi all,
just a quick introduction while get the hang of this .
have brewed 3 times now , 1 barely drinkable lager (my fault), 1 very good coopers real ale all drank and 1 coopers IPA in the fermentor.
Have got the bug now.

i'm finding it satisfying drinking something that you make yourself and is as good as any shop bought beer. i was suprised at how good the real ale turned out . but dont know what i did wrong with the lager. think i was a bit impatient. Patience is the thing i'm finding the hardest to grasp. :hmm:
