Hello my name is Seán I am quite new to homebrewing having recently bought 2 5l fermentation vats,2 airlocks with bungs, 2 packets of wine yeast a thermometer, hydrometer and all the rest.
With this I have brewed bad mead (used bakers yeast), then less bad mead and now I am doing well on 5l of cider which is brewing at the moment (quite vigourously) I am living in Ireland and I come here to learn more recipes and information on homebrewing as I plan to make this one of my hobbies.
