Hi all, I am a new member that hopes to learn how to brew the perfect pint.
I used to a lot of wine making years ago, with a few barrels of beer for good measure.
Me and my son love good beers, always on the lookout for a new beer to try. We have for years made a kit beer, for Christmas, (this year twinkletoes, which was good). We would like to step it up and make our own beer from scratch, maybe starting with a dry kit, if they are still available? Will be asking for advise on good kit ect.
I am not very IT literate so hope this gets out there?
