[Casual Brewer]

I am brand new to home brewing after buying a little kit from Wilkinsons, I am now on my forth brew and really loving it.. Did a Tom Caxton real Ale (with just normal sugar) and I was amazed at the quality of the Ale, tasted fantastic and was really strong.. I am now brewing a Woodfords Wherry Bitter Kit, so cant wait to try that.

I 've been buying little bits here and there to build up my equipment, joined this Forum so I can share my brewing experiences and hopefully get help when needed from like minded people.. Glad to be here

ive done a caxton real ale and it was a winner...strong too....i did add an extra 1/2 kilo of sugar....
