Actually went out to the kitchen to make a cuppa at half five and though bloody hell! Where did that Fog come from! :hmm: :hmm: . . . then realised that it was smoke :shock: . . . Neighbour two doors down had left a wood fire burning :nono: and was out in the garden . . . log fell from fire and set light to the carpet . . . whole of the downstairs is gutted . . . and I bet there is a lot of smoke damage upstairs.

Fire brigade did a great job . :clap: :clap: . . house reeks of polyurethane smoke now though :sick:

Amazing how so many people want to gather and watch though . . . Police moved them all on though, and closed the road . . . Which meant I couldn't get out to take mini She's friend home (Dad's Free Taxi Service :twisted: :twisted: )

Still apart from a little smoke inhalation no one was hurt which is the main thing . . . Time for a beer I feel
