I’m Jeni and I bought my son a Grainfather for Christmas plus the above Single Hop Citra kit. I also sent him and his father on the brewing beginners course at the Brewclub in Clapton, East London. They had a great time on New Years Eve doing a mash and then went back today for the bottling.
We were hoping to use the kit tomorrow to do a mash in the Grainfather but can’t find any instructions. The website gives the ingredients but the bags of grain and hop pellets are just labelled A, B, C etc. Does anyone have the instructions with step times for this kit? Thanks
