They have just freeze dried it so the article is very generous in crediting an invention. Nobody even rates the most common freeze dried beverage so it seems an unlikely success.

An interesting point - would you have to make it up with distilled/RO water? As all original minerals will have been preserved in the powder and will layer on top of your tap water if you used that.
