Inkbird 308 with a wonky readout

@Inkbird I bought my ITC 308 in May from the Malt Miller and the display has gone really weird. I don't think H0 degrees C is a temperature reading, despite it being quite amusing. Any advice please? It works fine just can't read the digits any more as they are all lit up to varying degrees.
Does anyone else have any idea what's going on or what I can do?

I would just ask them to exchange it.

Yeah I reckon, just wondered if there was some sneaky reset thing I don't know about.
