Need to bottle my Apollo Pale Ale tomorrow and I'm short quite a few bottles, having bottled a lot of brews this month but not drunk much! Was going to go bin-raiding in the morning but came up with a better solution......

  :thumb: :drunk:

Bitter & Twisted is my favourite beer. My local has it on tap
Like 7 Giraffes, that brewery, think its in Alloa does a lot of good beers. Between me and the misses think we'll drink them all tonight...might squeeze in a glass of red too as seen as its steak for tea....no work till Thursday

have you tried the harviestoun Schiehallion? yeah the Williams Bros brewery is based in Alloa, the Fraoch heather beer is sublime you need to try that and also the profanity stout.

Yeah we have Schiehallion in quite a few pubs around here, as far as lager/pilsner goes it's really good, no Bitter & Twisted though. They also do a wild hop ipa I tried at a beer festival last month, they have it in Morrisons now! Might have to try profanity, would be a new one for me!

Have to agree with the positive comments about Williams Bros. I've tried their Joker IPA which coincidently I reviewed on the forum this morning. Their website gives enough info. about the beers to concoct a recipe from.

Beer Information

Technical
ABV:
5.0%

OG: 1051
IBU's: 30
Malts: Lager Malt, Ale Malt, Malted Wheat, Malted Oats, Vienna, Pale Rye, Pale Crystal
Hops: Cascade, Bobek, Amarillo, First Gold

This is Joker IPA.

When I rule the country beers will have to list this kind of info on the bottle. Since this may be my only policy I don't think I'll get into parliament any time soon.
