Just about to put a coffee and donut porter into a easy keg, has been sitting at 20c last 3 weeks, however it looks like the pics below.

Does this look infected?? I brewed a chocolate maple porter back in august, drank it last weekend, bland and a sour aftertaste so think I may have a infection somewhere!

I'd rack it to the keg leaving the crusty looking stff behind. Having a taste will be your best indicator I suppose. Have you taken a gravity reading? I think if there's an infection it may well ferment lower than expected.

Hope it turns out ok!

Cheers, I just kegged it, gravity was 1017 and tasted fine, left a good bit in Demi john just incase! Will give it 2 weeks and just drink it, I only do small batch so was only 4 litres!
