Infected?

Hi, new to this forum. I've gotten back into brewing beer after years, extract only.
Made a successful Mangrove Jack's Helles. Decided to have a go at a Brewferm Belgian Tripel kit.
Started it last night, checked on it this morning and the foam looks like a Mr Whippy ice-cream machine has unloaded over the top.
Anyone seen anything like this before? Is it definitely an infection?

It sound to me that it is exactly as it should be. Just leave it alone for two weeks and then check the SG

Exactly the same as mine, including the submersible heater! Maybe that's a clue...
