in one word, describe your brewing style

I'm sat by the shed where boil 2 of the day is underway and was ruminating on my brewing style.

The word I chose the describe it was 'lucky'. I'm not that rigorous at any part of the process but still make beer I enjoy.

So, what one word would you use to describe your brewing style?
