Hi all,

This thread is dedicated to those beers of our own making that are no longer with us and we wish still were. For those noooo.... that was the last one moment.

I nominate - we'll wheat again. I fancied a raspberry beer and realised it was the last one. It was in a 660ml bottle so not feeling too distraught

8% abv has never been so refreshing and drinkable :drunk:

10g Columbus 30 mins
10g Amarillo 30 mins

5g Amarillo 5 mins
5g cascade 5 mins

My black IPA and cascade/centennial apa were both lovely, though in different ways. The APA in particular I was very fond of as it was my first AG brew, and still the best, most complete and balanced beer I have made. I recall opening my first one and laughing with incredulity that I had made something so nice.

The black IPA was a bit rough edged but was just such a joy to behold...inky void like blackness with a massive fresh citra hit. The rough edge was why I liked it to be honest. A bit challenging but exciting to drink too.

Condor Pale Ale, basically a Bathams bitter clone: Maris Otter, northdown and Fuggles. Simple, but cracking

hoppy little devil.

at least the last bottle was a 660ml orangy hop bomb.

reminded me of a bangali tiger but less dank. plenty of orange. lots of lovely lacing on the glass as it went down. A great way to say goodbye.

Mosaic IPA. You were far from perfect, but my first partial mash and attempt at daft levels of hopping, and certainly enjoyable.

Until next time, my fruity little friend.

my HBC American IPA which I won from here was brilliant... will revisit that one some day, or try to recreate it

My English IPA based on Greg hughes I think will join this thread one day..
