Decided to sneak a session lager in before the shutdown for going on holiday so picked up a wilko pilsner which has always given me good results, added 750g brew enhancer, 550g brewers sugar, rehydrated yeast, yeast nutrient and made up to 22 litres with half a campden tablet for water treatment.
Will dry hop this with 20g Saaz in a week - hoping for a 4.5% session lager - should keep the shelves stocked for September!

sounds great, saaz is a great hop for dry hopping lagers with, hope it's good! you are meant to treat water 24 hours before brewing, otherwise it may not take the desired effect or inhibit the yeast - if it's slow, that's why, but it should take off great :thumb:
