With an ABV of 11.1% that looks like "Falling Over Juice" to me!

Personally, I would halve the LME, drop the Chocolate Malt down to 100g.

I suspect that it will come in with an ABV of +/-5% so I would see what "Style" it meets as per BrewersFriend at the top of this page and call it that!

Since using this system, I haven't had a single undrinkable brew 'cos if my experiments don't meet a given "Style" I firkle around with the component parts (including the hops) until it does!

Im aiming for about 11/12% haha

I'd cut the roasted barley in half. 500g is a quite a lot on top of the chocolate.

Its the speciality malts i need help help with. I'l cut that down then

Thanks Al

The style can accommodate a wide range of special malts, in terms of amount and variety. It up to you whether you want to go low as is most common, or to for a De Molen style viscous punch in the face. I think what you have there should come out nicely.
