ok so i've gone complete circle again....

Electrician is going to install me a couple of higher rated outlets so I can get a bigger all in one. I'm intending to get:
Brewzilla 65ltr (if I can find one!)
Fermenter king Max snub nose fermenter
65ltr digiboilI think this is absolutely everything i'll ever need, should enable me to do single batches for 1 keg and also larger batches for stuff I like more.
This comes to £982.45....is this the best way to spend this money?

or can I do more with less?

I want a simple system so I spend less time cleaning and more time brewing. I don't want to dread the cleandown. I have time for 1 maybe 2 brewdays a month.

1 brewday will be a larger batch so I come away with a couple of kegs, one will be a smaller brew day with something more experimental, or just a brew for fun, so I want to come away with 1 keg.

The kit needs to handle both.

Needs to do single keg batchs, and 2-3 keg batches.

I don't want to have to go mad with the electrics

So, £1000 in your pocket.

what would you do?

I need help, i'm going round and round.

For myself I'd have to decide...electric all in one? 3V system or BIAB?
As you've settled on an all in one I'd get it sorted...admittedly I don't know much of such things except a chap in work has the smaller Brewzilla and loves it!
Doing bigger batches is definitely the way forward if you're stuck with time as the clean up won't take much extra time if any. You'll obviously have more spent grain to lift and shift but I suppose you've covered that.
I also don't know much about snub nose fermenters as I use standard buckets and have no issues...they're cheap and easy to clean..your snub will be expensive, have more parts and require extra effort, but then that's up to you..whether you'll get better results, again,I don't know. What about the Speidel fv's? Are you doing temp control? What about moving such a big brew for getting it in your brew fridge or for kegging after it's done? You'll not carry a 50 litre brew far.

yeah the brewing area is ok for movement to be fair.

the snub nose is purely because I've had good results brewing under pressure but I have no desire to harvest yeast so the snub works well for my requirements. Plus I like seeing it all doing its thing.

Temp control is fine, I have a couple of brew fridges - I use standard brew buckets for kits but all grain stuff I use a taller larder fridge and the snubby will fit nicely

only really challenge will be lifting the fermenter into the fridge, but If I do go AIO I can brew close and use the pump to get the wort in,

It definitely wants to be electric. I don't think I want to go BIAB for whatever reason. It's always 3V vs AIO - it's really a case of making the money go as far as possible.

I want a good useable kit

Anything more complicated than a second hand Baby Burco bolier with a hidden element, an immersion chiller and a £10 plastic fermentation bin will take up lots of your time and money and water cleaning.
