The Beer Bear
Hi everyone,
After quite a long period of reduced activity I'm pleased to say that I'm back and I've got some news. I'm now an assistant brewer first and electrician second.
Since July last year I've been helping to build, wire and design a 12bbl brewery for Tenby Brewing Co. In early Feb they purchased Tiny Rebels old brew kit. After months of long hours and hard work, we are brewing! With somewhere around 14000 litres now fermenting and conditioning.
The work isn't over yet, we still have loads in store, some of which I hope to get you all involved in. So watch this space!
My home brew kit has been under construction too. I've been working on it at the brewery after hours, so I hope to be brewing at home again very soon. My blog has fallen by the wayside, but that will be starting up again very soon.
I'm also in the middle of house hunting( a brewing shed is a must), so I don't have an exact timescale for when I'll be making beer at home again.
