Ikea Syrups

Planning to get some Lingonberry and blueberry Ikea syrups. Now anyone notice if they have sorbate or other preservatives in?

I don't take a trip to Ikea lightly, as has resulted in life threatening threats from the swmbo and always end up with a bit of furniture and crap I didn't want, to top it off doesn't ever fit in the car. If preservatives in I wont bother going.

That's good to know. Will probably just use a litre of grape with it or just the concentrate with sugar. Have you tasted the wow you made and did it continue fermenting?

I tasted it the other day and it's really nice but the alcohol taste is still a bit hot. I have a feeling mine stuck as I couldn't get the gravity down very low. But it still came out around 12.5%

Have used both of those and had decent results. They also do an Elderflower as well:thumb:
