Hi,

I was wondering what the ideal temperature was to condition beer. I know lager is supposed to be left at a cool temperature, but how about other types?

I am worried as with the warmer weather approaching my current beer store (loft) gets pretty warm, around 30-35c at times and I don't want to spoil the stock pile I am trying to going.

Thanks

30-35 is way too high mate. I have mine in an unheated spare room and when its particually hot i wrap a wet towel round my kegs to get them down a few degrees

if you have the means somehow put brews in water (a big rain bucket etc if it gets too hot and have no fridges etc )
