Jeremy Clarkson did a series some time back called Motorworld which included one programme about Icelandic motor sport. It still gets repeated occasionally on satellite and cable. I'll never forget his opening line from that programme: âGod hasn't finished Iceland yetâ.
It's an amazing country though, spectacular scenery, Mrs. Mole and I went there for our honeymoon. To walk on glaciers and still warm lava fields on the same day is slightly unusual.

I've been invited to an overland expedition in my landy to Iceland. Really want to go not just for the thrill but diving is great, driving is mostly off road, Also get to see the Shetlands and Faroe Islands for a couple of days. Hope I can build the landy in time. and find the 3k and 4 weeks off :pray:
