I have a dilemma

Im having a dilemma i have a bit of spare cash and cant make my mind up what to spend it on do i buy a couple of cornys of norm or a 60ltr bucket to convert into a boiler as i only have 1 30ltr boiler at the moment for hlt and boiler . and a totton pump

I'd go for the boiler, it will give you more capacity and versatility.
Cornies can come later and Shines much later!

I'd try and get a metal boiler, convert a keg or a burco boiler :hmm:
Cornies aren't getting any cheaper though, they seem to have gone up £10 in the last 8month, but Norm seems to always have budget ones, two for £60 delivered
