Ive just brewed 25 gallons in under 3 weeks and 3 gallons of mead ummmmm im very happy with my brewing vessels at the moment. I swear im addicted to brewing :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Hmmm... I would appear to have the chronic version of the acute condition you chaps appear to be suffering with. Just a steady rate of production which has pretty much meant a constant supply of beer for over a year now... :thumb:
 
I have had a steady supply of beer, however I have noticed that they are getting stronger :oops: :oops:

I haven't managed to brew anything below 6.5% since the spring :wha: :wha:
