in our local park 3-4 different vines growing amongst blackberry bushes :party:

so what is the best thing to do with them,,,,,feeze,dry,wet hop,hop tea.....i havnt a clue... :?

they need drying really well then vacuum sealed. If you dont know the variety cant see the point though

Put them in a net curtain bag and hang then nice and high in the loft.

At the moment it's quite warm so they should dry within 3 days. Just shake the bag every day to get air to all the hops.

Then put them into a freezer bag, suck all the air out and freeze them.

Job done.
