I've just taken another hydrometer reading on my stuck home brew.

Its dropped by about 1-2 points in about a week.

I really don't think its going to move much, its at about 1.012/13 just now.

Safe to bottle. Its been working away for 15 days.

Is there a question in there somewhere? Sounds done to me. Get it bottled.

That's a reasonable FG so as already advised get it bottled.
