Been an amateur brewer on and off for a number of years...have made 3 ales from tins. One of the stouts was heavenly...unfortionately the seal on the pressure barrel went so after only 4 pints...the rest went bad...very bad.

I have made some wines also. I like to make wines with tea. (Lady Grey Tea wine etc)

My dream is to make a lamb and mint ale :hmm:
I don't think it's possible...but a dream is a dream...right?

youve been watching eston bloomingthingymagigs

he made cream heads for his beers that included scampi fries cream topping Etc

so make a lamb and mint sauce cream topper for yu ale
:D

Hi and welcome, not as daft as it sounds. One member on here brewed a **** ale that contained a chicken.

Welcome to the forum

I read a post on here recently where someone had made bolognase wine

I recently used an experimental hop called Bishop and it was really mint tasting.

That's you half way there. I'd probably sous vide a lamb leg in the mash and serve it with the beer.

Sorted.
