Hi I want to brew a Pale Ale, Irish Red and Outmeal Stout but I have this hops

cascade, chinook, columbus y willamette.

How I can use?

For the stout just bitter it with either Columbus or Chinook, no otgher hops needed.

Irish red, bitter with Columbus or Chinook, and add Willamette at 15 mins left and 5 mins left of the boil. You could mix some Cascade with the Willamette, a classic blend, but not typically Irish. I'd do it though, it would be very tasty.

For the Pale ale you could use any of those hops in any combination. Depends what you want the pale ale to be like.

Bro what's your opinion about mix Chinook with Cascade? I use it in APA and IRA

I have used Chinook and Citra /Centennial in a recent APA and do not see any reason why you could not use Chinook and cascade. I would lean toward Chinook being the bittering hop and cascade being the flavour hop. This just means adding more cascade than Chinook, I will be trying more Chinook on my next brew.

Chinook is a very dominant kind of hop. You can use it at all stages but be careful how much unless you like mega hoppiness. You can definitely use Chinook and cascade, just don't overdo it unless you want a massive sledgehammer hop thing.
