Hi I want to brew a Pale Ale, Irish Red and Outmeal Stout but I have this hops
cascade, chinook, columbus y willamette.
How I can use?

For the stout just bitter it with either Columbus or Chinook, no otgher hops needed.
Irish red, bitter with Columbus or Chinook, and add Willamette at 15 mins left and 5 mins left of the boil. You could mix some Cascade with the Willamette, a classic blend, but not typically Irish. I'd do it though, it would be very tasty.
For the Pale ale you could use any of those hops in any combination. Depends what you want the pale ale to be like.
