I just made a ribena wine and it as stopped bubbling and the little fizzy bubbles to, what do i do now to make it 'safe' to drink :D
I have had a sip and its like vodka :drunk:
 
Do you have a hydrometer? If so, what does it say?
Are you sure it has finished?

If it has, and it has already started to throw a sediment and started to clear, you should rack (syphon) it off into another (sanitised) demijohn, trying to leave all the sediment behind.
