Quite a reasonable video.
All his temps were 2-3 degs lower than mine except his sparge temp, which was the same.
Under 4% ABV is a bit low for my taste, but if he has the market!

i enjoyed that. makes my under the stairs kit brewing hobby look a bit like an under the stairs kit brewing hobby.

i fancy a pint now.
