For a change, and to get something on, I brewed a Tom Caxton Best Bitter kit from Wilko.

Because of the high temps, I used a packet of Lall Voss which was an interesting experience, just glad I used a blow off tube.

Anyway, I expect this to be in the 16 litre ball park as I will be liquoring back when I keg it.
