What system are you using.... a Grainfather or something similar?
Last question....how close to the originals are your beers? Say for punk and hazy Jane etc.......

Obviously mine are way better than the originals :) Well I think so anyway!
Some of my friends say they prefer my Punk to the original - so they mustn't be the same I guess.
Perhaps it tastes better when it's free. They usually are more a tribute to the original than a clone to be fair.
Very hard to replicate exactly.
