Only re-started brewing beer in September, so:
5g Tom Caxton's Real Ale
5g EDME Irish Stout
5g extract beer (own recipe)
3g ginger beer
5g Honey beer
=23g beer
Plus:
3g mead
3g blackberry wine
2g orange wine
3g elderflower wine
=11g wine
Total = 34g
I have a feeling I've forgotten some wine...
Anyway, 34g+3008g=3042g!
