How long does malt keep for?

Assuming that it is in a sealed container?

I was doing a stock check earlier and found a small bag of Munich that was crushed in November 2011. Is it still good?

I've used grains that have been dry stored for more than 18 months & noticed no difference in taste, efficiency etc so i would say it is fine, : ken.
