I'm sort of new to home brew having only done a couple. 1st was a bit sour, in fact it stance awful but you live and learn. 2nd was a Christmas Ale, Santa's Helper, bit cloudy and flat but palatable.
I've just bottled some Coopers Australian Lager which looks beautiful and some dark ale that I can't remember the name of.
I've also had a go at Rhubarb wine. Clearing as I type and should be ready for bottling soon.
