How do people brew their beer?

How do you rate the brew monk? Any scorching issues? Or does it have a low density element?

I had an issue when I first started using my old ACE, deposits were getting stuck to the bottom. They were a bugger to shift but I found lemon juice was best. Cured the problem by switching malts, seems the one I was using was a bit too fine a crush.

I am primarily All Grain these days (well BIAB if it matters) although I still do the odd kit now and then.

I do kits, a mix between full extract kits and regular kits. Quality of beer from the likes of Mangrove Jacks is fantastic. I have had great results too from full extract kits.

I started with kits and after about 5 kits moved on to all grain BIAB.

Only ever done kits. And voted kits as my tweaking isn't anything worth mentioning.
