Sorry, Admin, I'm really not sure where this goes.

I have pressed some fruit, some of which I'd like to give to a friend who is on holiday this next fortnight. How do I best preserve/save this juice for him? Fridge, Freezer, ????

Many thanks

I would think in the freezer, stops anything from fermenting.

A fridge will slow fermentation, but won't stop it completely. There's also the risk of wild yeasts and mould...

Campden and fridge might be enough
Suma reckon their AJ cocnentrate keeps up to 5 weeks after opening in a fridge. Not sure how relevant that is.

I expect Campden and fridge would probably be sufficient but freezing it will definitely make sure.

Thank you all, very much indeed!

It's going to have to be both freezer and fridge as lacking in room!
