Hi,
so just to start I know how some feel about a fruity beers and everything but I had really good feedback from my Peach and Raspberry IPA so I just put on a new IPA in time for summer and will add summer fruits after primary fermentation. I will also dry hop at this stage and looking for recommendations for what hop to add.
My go to is normally Citra and normally something like azacca but these are more tropical than summer fruits - is there anything that has a more berries type flavor/aroma?
currently leaning towards Archer and Eldorado to dry hop. anyone have any other suggestions?
