Hops - Absorbtion of wort

Hi Guys....apologies if this has been asked before but I can't bring anything up on a search.
My googling has been a bit contradictory too :wha:

What figures are you guys using for wort losses (absorbtion) due to hop additions....whole leaf hops?
I'm just trying to fine tune BeerSmith a little for a few recipes

1 kilo of hops displaces 1 Litre and absorbs 15L of wort so your 100g of hops will absorb around 1.5L of wort
