hop tea when to add to brew,

im gonna knock up a dark lager/ale drink, a lager kit medium spray malt, with 50g of fuggles hops [ from the maltmiller] steeped to make a hop tea,

any suggestions, as to when is it best to add the hop tea,
before fermentation or into the keg during conditioning,..?

having had a look round it seems like the keg addition may be best... :?

it can basically go in any time. the point of a hop tea is you boil them to a schedule to get bitterness, flavour or aroma, the same as usual beermaking with a boil - they're pretty much unaffected by fermentation unlike most things :)
