thankfully I dont have the means to store such vast supplies..... yet, so haven't had such a problem. i need to rountinely brew a use up batch of beer.
 
Not dated but open packs are all kept well wrapped and Frozen (as are the full ones), and I've done a few user-upper brews lately to rotate my stock.
I'm attempting not to buy any more for a while, though I do want some more Magnum hops :)

I have over 5kg of hops but not as impressive a collection as listed above. Will be using my Zeus hops soon though :thumb:
 
I threw the best part of 6 Kg of hops away last year, but this is my current stock . . . more or less
