Hop oils - any good?

I'm interested in using hop oils instead of dry hopping.

Are they any good, and are there any drawbacks?

Yeah I've got some cascade aroma oils and they do work well. Not exactly the same as dry hopping but useful if you want to ramp up the hops without hop haze.
