Anyone know if EKG and cascade work well together in a brew? I'm hoping to get a 2 gallon batch of pale ale on the go tomorrow and was thinking of using cascade as bittering and flavouring hop and then a good amount of EKG at 0 minutes to give it loads of aroma. What do you reckon??:party:
