I agree V. I ordered mine on 27th and have heard nothing. I'll be asking for a refund soon.

I've received a reply from Dan at Hopdrops which should hopefully put your minds at rest
The latest is that we sent out a batch on Wednesday (which I know at least one arrived on Friday)The balance went out on Thursday so I am a little concerned that they haven't arrived at their destinations yet. We use a third party postal company who deal with Royal Mail so I am going to chase them up if orders don't start dropping on door steps.
I hate to let people down but I hope you can assure them that they will get what they ordered.
Pplease accept my apologies and maybe you can pass them on?
So hopefully your orders will be hitting your doorsteps early this week

Thanks Vossy1, much the same reply I got when I emailed HopDrops,

looking forward to tasting :)

I had a further e-mail from Dan this morning saying that as a gesture of 'good will' to his customers on THBF he will be issuing a full refund to those who've experience delays with their orders, on this occasion.

I don't think you can say fairer than that, thanks Dan

So cascade sweeties AND your money back!

Well done HopDrops. Everyone cocks things up from time to time (and I suppose it's most common at the start). It's how you put it right that's important.

Now - I want to know what they taste like!!!

I enquired late last night as to the whereabouts of these. This morning I received the following response:

Hi joe

As you know we had a bunch of problems.

The latest is that the mail service we used lost most of our delivery so we are now making more as we send out the bulk to an existing order.

We have also decided to up the hop aroma to give a little more bite.

Thanks for your patience

Best Regards
