Life in the freezer is nearly over for some hops I have and I'd like your opinions, what I have is as follows;
Northdown 90g 8.1% Thinking aroma
Target 130g 9% a little harsh, probably why they are still there
Magnum 180g 12.5%
Progress 170g 6% Another aroma, I could dump the lot in at 80 deg on cool down
I brew 80 ltr and plan 15kg pale, some crystal depending on hops used and a bit of choc/black malt to give 4.8-5.6% abv I'd be willing to from anywhere between 35-60 IBU
but it should ballance,.
I belive magnum to be nice and spicy and may also be used for aroma, I'd like to use as much as poss as they have been there too long.
What combo would you suggest from the list, any thoughts appreciated.
