Hi I'm new to winemaking but during lockdown I decided to look into it I have a red grape and apple juice wine on the go. But when it is done how do you get it to look clear as it just look dark red any advice would be appreciated thanks
 
It will be a lot lighter by the time its fermented then you degas, add stabiliser then add finings the finings clear thewine, if you havent see it have alook at this -

OK thanks what's the best finings
 
I prefer KwiK Clear or Youngs clear it they are two part finings and clear fast 24 - 48 hours, if you can get it get the KwiK Clear as it has a much longer shelf life once opened.

This is the bigger version you may be able to find it cheaper - Kwik-Clear finings - large
 
Thanks I found some in stock how long you got to use it.and is all stabiliser the same as I'll get it from same website thanks
