yeah i guess :thumb:

was at 28'c this morning... i know that's a but high but didn't want to leave it without yeast in for the day, so sprinkled it in.

all the break material is floating around.. i think i'm gunna need finings for this which means i wont be able to bottle it

Why would finings prevent u from bottling

i'm not sure bugno... i've never tried but logic would tell me that finings would increase the chances of not getting a carbonated beer. sorry for the late reply, i've not been keeping track of the brewday threads recently :(

I've got some news on the Rauchbier... i intentionally amped up the carbonation to 2.5 volumes to try something new. after two weeks under that pressure it's fizzy like lager... and actually tastes pretty good! :drink:

with the high lager like carbonation, and slight sour taste still present, it tastes very much like a belgian lager, but with a bigger malt hit! i'm quite impressed!

looks to me like this brew is now officially on tap at the Black Cat Brewery Bar
