I don't know if anyone else is interested in this, but my two interests are brewing and history so I thought i'd combine the two and write about it.
I got hold of a book from 1830 which I found fascinating so this post is about brewing at home back then, why it was done and how they did it and my interpretation of the process. A bit of a niche market i know but if anyone's interested, please have a look and let me know what you think;
