I wonder what your definition of a “Home-Brewer” would be?

Happiness!
You look through the brewing books for inspiration....or revisit your notes for an old favourite. Check the supplies...if it's all there...bonus...if it's not get on to your favourite supplier ..not forgetting to add those extra bits to make up the weight...or an extra sack of malt...
Then you can either dive straight in or anticipate your brew day while waiting for the delivery...
Brew day...what's not to like....you cleverly take all that stuff and like an alchemist turn it into loads of delicious,sparkling beer...waiting is the hard part...but,through years of practice you know what to do...brew more..and more...then the time is here to sample your dedication....see,what did I tell you... happiness!!
