Hi all, I just had a thought that instead of orange peel for my belgian wit why can't I just add orange juice? - has anyone gone down this route or is there a good reason why it's not a good idea?
In my Ipa's I have used 1 litre depends on how fruity you want it. Do you want it to be dominant or to compliment the wit? I think 1 litre would be enough for me but everybody is different
I added 2 litres to make a batch of 21.5 litres which I then fermentedAre you guys adding the juices once fermentation has finished? What effect will the extra sugar have on the brew? Do you add less sugar when priming? Cheers
